June 26, 2025 – Black Creek is pleased to announce Don Bryan has been selected as our new Integrated Controls Division Customer Service Manager. Following his service in the U.S. Air Force, Don built a strong career in integrated security and construction environments, holding key roles at Johnson Controls, Touchtel Technology, and other organizations. Having held positions as Site Superintendent, Project Manager, Systems Application Engineer, and more over the course of his career, Don has acquired skills and experience in several diverse areas, such as estimating, scheduling, logistics, onsite and remote technical supervision, subcontractor management, and customer relationship management, all of which will serve him well in this role.

Don is filling a critical leadership role for Black Creek. Our customers manage detention facilities that operate continuously – 24/7/365 - so our Customer Service Team is likewise always available. Successful management of that Team is integral to Black Creek’s corporate success; our reputation for excellence was built in part on the strength of our Customer Service Team. Don will oversee our technical support and field services staff to preserve and build on the high standards that our customers have come to expect from Black Creek. In his role as Customer Service Manager, Don will supervise the daily operations of the technical support team while providing expert technical guidance and leadership; administer support contracts; manage System Lifecycle Programs; collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and other Black Creek teams to maintain satisfied customers; and monitor and metrics for incident response to drive continuous improvement.

Don’s selection as Integrated Controls Division Customer Service Manager is a strong addition to Black Creek’s senior leadership, aligning corporate strategy with customer satisfaction to support continued growth and success!
